The problem is not the company but Miyako Liu she was incompetent and purposely frustrated me almost got the shipment lost by her nonchalant and careless attitude, she shipped item no shipping marks no tracking number and very bad in communication the shipping company didn't even know who shipped the goods and it was kept lying down for weeks until the shipping started contacting all their customers sent pictures which i used to identify the good,she has a very nonchalant and bad customer relationship i will never deal with her again and anyone who deals with her is on a risk Blue carbon is a good company but some sales personnel's are terrible like Miyako she didn't even apologize please get me another representative for better review next time.
